Clarity of Purpose

Clarity of PurposeHaving a clear vision... Action Steps

  • Write down your core values and beliefs (Who you are, and what do you truly believe in?)
  • Identify in writing, what you are passionate about
  • Then list your talents
  • Now, go back and re-read what you have written. Have you listed who you really are... or did you respond the way you wish you were... or how you think others would want you to respond?
  • Being completely honest with yourself is critical
  • Ask yourself if you are living a life that is consistent with these values, beliefs, passions, and talents
  • Create a picture in your mind of what you want, and who you want to be in your life
  • Make sure the picture is consistent with your core values
  • Make a "vision board" that reflects the vision that you have (If you don't know how to create one, Google "vision boards" for some examples)
  • Set clear goals that are consistent with your vision and your core values and beliefs (See the chapter on goals in my book)
  • Use positive affirmations to support your vision... Remember, affirmations should be written in the first person, present tense, and they should be positive
  • Acknowledge and be thankful for what you have... Create an attitude of gratitude
  • Take consistent action that moves you toward your vision

Who am I ... really?

Ask yourself this question...

Who am I... really?

Having a clear picture of who you are and what you want is something that most of us don't stop to think about. We start and end our days without giving much thought to whether or not we are on the path we should be on.

Most of us lead our lives without giving much thought to our true purpose or intentions. We end up trying to live the lives that the marketing and advertising companies misguide us into believing we should be living.

The end result is a society of people that are out of balance and out of touch with what really matters to them and to others. We spend so much time trying to be something and someone other than who we really are.

Setting goals regarding where you want to get in life or who you want to be is a good start. But, if you don't begin with finding out who you truly are and where you are, it will be difficult for you to set a course for your desired outcome. It would be like calling a travel agent and telling them your goal is to get to Timbuktu; the first thing they would need to know is where you are starting from.

You must begin by looking inward to understand who you are, and what your core values and beliefs are. Only then will you be able to chart a course for the life you deserve.

Happiness is something you decide !!

A 92-year-old, well-poised and proud man who was fully dressed each morning by eight o'clock with his hair fashionably combed and shaved perfectly, moved to a nursing home today.

His wife of 70 years recently passed away, making the move necessary.

After many hours of waiting patiently in the lobby of the nursing home, he smiled sweetly when told his room was ready.

As he maneuvered his walker to the elevator, I provided a visual description of his tiny room, including the eyelet sheets that had been hung on his window.

"I love it", he stated with the enthusiasm of an eight-year-old having just been presented with a new puppy.
"Mr. Jones, you haven't seen the room yet; just wait."
"That doesn't have anything to do with it," he replied. "Happiness is something you decide on ahead of time. Whether I like my room or not doesn't depend on how the furniture is arranged ... it's how I arrange my mind."

I already decided to love it."
"It's a decision I make every morning when I wake up; I have a choice. I can spend the day in bed recounting the difficulty I have with the parts of my body that no longer work, or get out of bed and be thankful for the ones that do."
"Each day is a gift, and as long as my eyes open I'll focus on the new day and all the happy memories I've stored away.. Just for this time in my life."
"Old age is like a bank account. You withdraw from it what you've put in."
"So, my advice to you would be to deposit a lot of happiness in the bank account of memories!"

Hurricane Season 2013 Highest Risk for USA

Hurricane Season 2013 Highest Risk for USA

The 2013 Atlantic hurricane season starts today , and scientists are warning that it is likely to be a doozy, with more storms than average and more major hurricanes (Category 3 intensity or stronger). Not only are forecasters calling for an unusually active season, they also say that there are signs that the U.S., which hasn’t had a major hurricane in a record seven years, may be particularly vulnerable this year due to a combination of weather and climate factors.

Scientists contacted by Climate Central warned that in part because of the dearth of major hurricanes, there may be a sense of “hurricane amnesia” setting in among coastal residents — a potentially hazardous combination for when the nation’s luck runs out. NOAA predicts active 2013 Atlantic hurricane season

In its 2013 Atlantic hurricane season outlook issued , NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center is forecasting an active or extremely active season this year.

For the six-month hurricane season, which begins June 1, NOAA’s Atlantic Hurricane Season Outlook says there is a 70 percent likelihood of 13 to 20 named storms (winds of 39 mph or higher), of which 7 to 11 could become hurricanes (winds of 74 mph or higher), including 3 to 6 major hurricanes (Category 3, 4 or 5; winds of 111 mph or higher).

These ranges are well above the seasonal average of 12 named storms, 6 hurricanes and 3 major hurricanes.

“With the devastation of Sandy fresh in our minds, and another active season predicted, everyone at NOAA is committed to providing life-saving forecasts in the face of these storms and ensuring that Americans are prepared and ready ahead of time.” said Kathryn Sullivan PhD, NOAA acting administrator. “As we saw first-hand with Sandy, it’s important to remember that tropical storm and hurricane impacts are not limited to the coastline. Strong winds, torrential rain, flooding, and tornadoes often threaten inland areas far from where the storm first makes landfall.”

Three climate factors that strongly control Atlantic hurricane activity are expected to come together to produce an active or extremely active 2013 hurricane season. These are:

  • A continuation of the atmospheric climate pattern, which includes a strong west African monsoon, that is responsible for the ongoing era of high activity for Atlantic hurricanes that began in 1995;
  • Warmer-than-average water temperatures in the tropical Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea; and
  • El Niño is not expected to develop and suppress hurricane formation.

“This year, oceanic and atmospheric conditions in the Atlantic basin are expected to produce more and stronger hurricanes,” said Gerry Bell, Ph.D., lead seasonal hurricane forecaster with NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center. “These conditions include weaker wind shear, warmer Atlantic waters and conducive winds patterns coming from Africa.”

NOAA’s seasonal hurricane outlook is not a hurricane landfall forecast; it does not predict how many storms will hit land or where a storm will strike. Forecasts for individual storms and their impacts will be provided throughout the season by NOAA’s National Hurricane Center.

Warning of major Atlantic hurricanes in 2013

Warning of major Atlantic hurricanes in 2013

From EversafeMREs.com

Good time to get some Eversafe Mres !!!

WASHINGTON — Seven months after hurricane Sandy ravaged the Atlantic coastline from Maryland to Connecticut, U.S. and Canadian climate scientists are predicting another banner season for the giant storms.

That could be bad news for the residents and business owners of the northeastern seaboard, many of whom are still rebuilding their shattered lives after Sandy killed 42 people and, according to insurers, cost about $65 billion US in destroyed homes and infrastructure.

The Canadian Hurricane Centre is also warning the Atlantic provinces of  major hurricane activity this season, primarily because of warmer ocean waters.

This year’s hurricane season, which begins June 1 and which is expected to last at least six months, will again be above normal, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s hurricane center.

NOAA predicts hurricanes in the Atlantic region will range from “active” to “extremely active.” Scientists said there is a 70 per cent likelihood of 13 to 20 named storms, of which seven to 11 could become hurricanes, with winds of 119 kilometres an hour or higher, and three to six major hurricanes (178 km/h or higher).

These numbers are well above the 1981-2010 seasonal averages of 12 named storms, six hurricanes and three major hurricanes for the Atlantic.

During the 2012 storm season, the number of named storms in the Atlantic region was higher than average but the intensity was lower. There were 19 named storms of which 10 became hurricanes. Only one — hurricane Michael in September — was classified as major. Sandy was just shy of the “major” category with winds up to 177 km/h.

NOAA says it does not make predictions of whether any of these hurricanes will reach landfall because the path of hurricanes depends on daily weather patterns, which cannot be predicted months or weeks in advance.

Scientists said the same atmospheric conditions are at play that have produced increased Atlantic hurricane activity since 1995. These include a strong West African monsoon, warmer tropical Atlantic and Caribbean waters, lower air pressure and reduced wind shear.

As usual, the storms will incubate just above the equator off the west coast of Africa and travel westward toward the Caribbean before turning north.

NOAA acting administrator Kathryn Sullivan warned that tropical storm and hurricane impacts are not limited to the coastline.

“Strong winds, torrential rain, flooding and tornadoes often threaten inland areas far from where the storm first makes landfall,” she said.

Joe Nimmich, associate administrator at the Federal Emergency Management Agency, warned Americans to prepare themselves for a difficult season.

“Preparedness today can make a big difference down the line, so update your family emergency plan and make sure your emergency kit is stocked,” he said in a statement.

Using MREs when there are emergencies? Indeed!!!

www.eversafemres.comMREs are most commonly known as military food; in fact that was their primary purpose. As time passed, multiple other uses were found for these shelf stable  meals ready to eat. One of the most important uses of MREs is as a preventative measure in case of natural disasters or other emergencies. They are the best food storage option on the market due to their small size, caloric value, nutritional balance and variety of meals that they can offer. When natural disasters like hurricane Katrina hit, people had to take action into their own hands, buying the food that was available at that time, most of them military MREs. This was driven by the fact that the food supply chain just wasn’t getting to those in need.  Therefore, they started to be proactive and stock piled military MREs in case of emergencies.

Nowadays, more manufacturers offer commercial MREs or civilian shelf stable ready to eat meals like Eversafe MREs.  Actually, there are very little few differences between civilian MREs  and military MREs.  In some instances, you might be getting better quality food with civilian MREs. U.S. military MREs are indeed not supposed to be sold for commercial purposes.www.eversafemres.com

All this brings us to an important conclusion: BE PREPARED!!! Add to your emergency kit some Eversafe MREs at least for 12 days so you and your family don`t have to be concerned about food and can take care of other issues if you are in an emergency situation.

The Amazing Onion and the Flu

20130509_amazing_onion_curesA friend of mine told me a story about  when he was a kid he was in the hospital and nearly dying.  His grandmother came to the hospital and told a family member to go buy her a large onion and a new pair of white cotton socks.
She sliced the onion open then put a slice on the bottom of each of his feet and put the white cotton socks on him.  In the morning when he awoke they removed the socks.  The slices of onion were black and his fever was gone.
In 1919 when the flu killed 40 million people there was this Doctor that visited the many farmers to see if he could help them combat the flu.  Many of the farmers and their family had contracted it and many died.
The doctor came upon this one farmer and to his surprise, everyone was very healthy.  When the doctor asked what the farmer was doing that was different the wife replied that she had placed an unpeeled onion in a dish in the rooms of the home, (probably only two rooms back then). The doctor couldn’t believe it and asked if he could have one of  the onions and place it under the microscope.  She gave him one and when he did this, he did find the flu virus in the onion.  It obviously absorbed the bacteria, therefore, keeping the family healthy.
Now, I heard this story from a hairdresser in AZ.   She said that several years ago many of her employees were  coming down with the flu and so were many of her  customers.  The next year she placed several bowls with  onions around in her shop.  To her surprise, none of  her staff got sick.  It must work..  (And no, she is not in the onion business.)
The moral of the story is, buy some onions and place them in bowls around your home.  If you work at a desk, place one or two in your office or under your desk or even on top somewhere.  Try it and see what happens.  We did it last year and we never got the flu.
For flu cure:
Cut both ends off an onion put one end on a fork and then place the forked end into an empty jar… placing the jar next to the sick patient at night.  It said the onion would be black in the morning from the germs… sure enough it happened just like that… the onion was a mess and I began to feel better.
Onions and garlic placed around the room saved many from the black plague years ago. They have powerful antibacterial and antiseptic properties.

Important Decisions

Do you struggle to make important decisions?

We make decisions every day. Most of them are simple and don't require too much consideration. Things like what to wear, what to eat for breakfast, whether to eat breakfast at all, or what to do with your day.

As a matter of fact, doing nothing with your day is also a decision.

Most of these decisions are made with very little consideration or thought. We just do them. We know that there are no serious consequences if we happen to make the wrong decision.

On the other hand, we are sometimes faced with very important, critical decisions. These are the ones that usually impact not only us, but our business or other people who are counting on us to make the correct decisions.

So... Is there a magic formula for making the right decisions? Unfortunately, the answer is no. There are no guarantees.

As a matter of fact, I read an article several years ago that stated that 70% of the decisions that Fortune 500 executives make, over time turn out to be the wrong decisions.
The Key... They Made the Decisions!
Whenever you find yourself in that challenging position of having to make a "big" decision, remember that the most important thing that you can do for your team and for you, is make the decision.

Teddy Roosevelt once said, "The best decision, is the right decision. The second best decision, is the wrong decision. The worst decision, is no decision."

Will Rogers echoed these sentiments with his famous words, "Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.

Action Steps For Successful Decisions:
  • Write down the desired outcome
  • Plan purposefully
  • Prepare
  • Proceed positively
  • Pursue persistently
  • Make a list of the pros and cons (The Ben Franklin Method)
  • Consult with valued members of your team or your family
  • Trust your experience and your gut... They got you to where you are today
  • Make the decision!!

Focus

The #1 Mistake Entrepreneurs Make

I’ve started 4 companies and have invested in 25 more. And I can say, with supreme confidence, that I have made or seen almost every mistake possible.

I’ve hired the wrong people. And fired the wrong people.

I’ve raised too much money (yes, it’s possible). And too little.

I’ve launched products that not one person used and have pivoted so many times I’m still dizzy.

None of these are fun to live through, I assure you. But they are not nearly as fatal to a young company as the #1 mistake entrepreneurs make – FOCUSING ON THE WRONG THINGS.

Successful entrepreneurs focus exclusively on efforts that matter and are able to tune out the rest. People who focus succeed. It’s that simple.

A critical difference between a startup and a large company is resources. Specifically, time and money. And having little of both is oftentimes a godsend and leads to some of our best work. Just look at your favorite indie movie!Google can give its employees 20 percent of their time to pursue their crazy ideas. If Buddy Media had done that, we would have been out of business.

Focusing is not a natural exercise for many entrepreneurs. More ideas pop into my brain during my morning shower than many people get in a month.
So in order to focus, you need to build your “focus” muscle and train your brain to focus and stay focused.

Volumes have been written about how to do just this. One of my favorites is “Organize Your Mind, Organize Your Life: Train Your Brain to Get More Done in Less Time” by Dr. Paul Hammerness, a Harvard Medical School psychiatrist and Margaret Moore, an executive wellness coach and codirector of the Institute of Coaching.

But you don’t need to read books to bring focus to your entrepreneurial life. Here is an exercise I use with entrepreneurs I have invested in to make sure they are truly focusing on the right things.

I ask a very simple question: What are the top 3 things you need to accomplish in the next 6-12 months to give the company the best chance of long-term success?

I push them to be specific. And rank the responses in order of importance.

Is creating the best product most important? How about locking down distribution? Are those both more important than monetization? How about hiring the right people? How about raising money? Is business development important to the business this year?

Most entrepreneurs I speak to can’t name their priorities right away. And if they can, they aren’t written down anywhere and they haven’t been communicated to the rest of their organization.

If an entrepreneur can’t name their top 3 priorities without hesitation, how will the rest of the company know? It’s bad enough for an founder to work on the wrong projects. But if the entire company is not focusing in the right areas, game over!

Without focus, young companies can FEEL like they are accomplishing a lot while in reality accomplishing nothing. They solve problems that never existed in the first place. And launch products with no market.

With the right focus, entrepreneurs can change the world. I’ve seen it so many times, upclose and personal.

If Mark Zuckerberg had not focused on the photo-tagging feature years ago, Facebook would not be the world-changing company it is. If Twitter had not focused on 140 character messaging, it would never have survived. Where would Apple be if it decided to focus on watches instead of phones? Or if it focused on selling the most number of units rather than designing the best products and profitability? You get the idea.

The single most focused entrepreneur I have ever met is Marc Benioff, CEO of Salesforce. He has an epic and well-documented process and tool called the V2Mom that has helped him build Salesforce into Forbes’ most innovative company in the world (two years in a row!).

In one of my first meetings with Marc, he told me that everything he has written down over the past 14 years has come true. Does he have a secret genie granting him wishes? No. But he has been able to get his entire company focused on core priorities over and over again.

I encourage all leaders (of companies, of divisions and of small teams) to write down the top 3 areas of focus somewhere visible in the organization and communicate them to the entire team.

By doing so, you are not only able to focus on what is most important, but you are also able to eliminate distractions, which is the biggest gift you can give as a leader.

Those "poor" people...

Those "poor" people...
A paradigm shift
BY : Barry Gottlieb  TGIT... Thank God It's Today

"One man's trash is another man's treasure"is a proverb that has been around for almost a century. Its basic meaning is that something which seems worthless to one person is often deemed valuable by another.

Following is a great example of this proverb.

One day, the father of a very wealthy family took his son on a trip to the country with the express purpose of showing him how poor people live.

They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would be considered a very poor family.

On their return from their trip, the father asked his son, "How was the trip?"

"It was great, Dad."

"Did you see how poor people live?" the father asked.

"Oh, yeah," said the son.

"So, tell me, what did you learn from the trip?", asked the father.

The son answered,

"I saw that we have one dog, and they have four.

We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden, and they have a creek that has no end.

We have imported lanterns in our garden, and they have the stars at night.

Our patio reaches to the front yard, and they have the whole horizon.

We have a small piece of land to live on, and they have fields that go beyond our sight.

We have servants who serve us, but they serve others.

We buy our food, but they grow theirs.

We have walls around our property to protect us; they have friends to protect them."

The boy’s father was speechless.

Then his son added, "Thanks Dad, for showing me how poor we are."

Remember... Every day is a gift, and the quality of your life is your gift to yourself.

Carrying Weights

9bw

A young lady confidently walked around the room while leading and explaining stress management to an audience; with a raised glass of water, and everyone knew she was going to ask the ultimate question, 'half empty or half full?'..... she fooled them all... "How heavy is this glass of water?", she inquired with a smile. Answers called out ranged from 8 oz. to 20 oz.

She replied, "The absolute weight doesn't matter. It depends on how long I hold it. If I hold it for a minute, that's not a problem. If I hold it for an hour, I'll have an ache in my right arm. If I hold it for a day, you'll have to call an ambulance. In each case it's the same weight, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes." She continued, "and that's the way it is with stress. If we carry our burdens all the time, sooner or later, as the burden becomes increasingly heavy, we won't be able to carry on."

"As with the glass of water, you have to put it down for a while and rest before holding it again. When we're refreshed, we can carry on with the burden - holding stress longer and better each time practiced. So, as early in the evening as you can, put all your burdens down. Don't carry them through the evening and into the night... pick them up tomorrow.

Whatever burdens you're carrying now, let them down for a moment. Relax, pick them up later after you've rested. Life is short. Enjoy it and the now 'supposed' stress that you've conquered!"

4 * If you can't be kind, at least have the decency to be vague

5 * If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

6 * Never put both feet in your mouth at the same time, because then you won't have a leg to stand on.

7 * Nobody cares if you can't dance well. Just get up and dance.

8 * Birthdays are good for you. The more you have, the longer you live.

9 * You may be only one person in the world, but you may also be the world to one person.

Triathlon Essentials

298550_10150311797183494_1497602237_n

298550_10150311797183494_1497602237_n TRIATHLON : Are races that consist of three different legs: running, swimming and cycling. These leg lengths vary per triathlon, from short and quick to incredibly long and grueling distances, like in the iron man races. As this is a race, there is little to no time to change clothes between legs, beyond taking on and pulling off shoes or a shirt. So what you wear you will most likely be wearing the whole race, making it important to have exactly what you need. For competition, men and women triathletes may want to invest in a Tri-suit. Trisuits can be worn through all three events, as they are made of quick-drying, moisture-wicking material. Tri-suits come in one or two-piece suits.

SWIMMING : When you race, you should wear a tight swim suit or wetsuit to avoid dragging too much water with you. Be sure it doesn't impair the movement of your limbs or cut off the circulation to any of your limbs. When choosing a triathlon wetsuit, you should consider the temperature of the water you will be swimming in. One of the benefits of wearing a wetsuit is to keep the body warm, but also it helps the athlete to swim significantly faster. The suit must be comfortable from crotch to shoulder; it must not limit your mobility on shoulder/arm reach.

CYCLING APPAREL : Tri shorts have more flexibility than traditional biking shorts to accommodate the greater range of motion of both biking and running. Shirts are required for a triathlon during the running and biking portions. The best shirts are tight, lightweight shirts that absorb and hold onto perspiration and other liquids to keep your upper body cooler. It is preferable that they are lighter in color (as this will keep you cooler in the sun) and are sleeveless so that your arms will have freedom of movement while you run and there will be no chafing under your arms.

RUNNING : Lots of athletes will wear socks, and almost everyone will use elastic laces. Every athlete needs to wear their race number during the run and a race number belt is the best way to bring it along.

Swimming Gear Tips

376014_10150358263023494_1170278791_n

376014_10150358263023494_1170278791_nAlways wear a swim cap when you are in the swimming pool. Also, stay away from latex caps, stick to silicone caps. Silicone caps last much longer, latex cap get ruined easily from the chlorine in the swimming pool water. Whether you mind or not having water in your eyes you should wear goggles while swimming. Take your time to try the goggles, see how they fit your eyes. They need to be comfortable and steady on you face. You can find fantastic goggles with universal nose-piece systems, leak proof shapes, hypo-allergenic, fog resistant and UV materials. That much for the basics, now let’s get to the cool swim gears which can really make a different for your swimming fitness and physical benefit. A pull buoy is a piece of closed-cell foam, usually shaped like the number eight, used in swim workouts and to be placed between the legs. Pull buoys provide you with support for hips and legs so you wont have to move them. Hand paddles are plastic devices you wear on your hands during your swimming workout which make your hands bigger and therefore make you develop strength. They can be used while swimming any stroke and may be used together with pull buoys to maximize the effect. Swimming fins can be used to increase strength and endurance in your legs. They are used on all the swimming strokes but breaststroke. As for arms and hand paddles you can use fins to focus on the leg kicking technique. The best wetsuits are those that fit snugly into the athlete's body. This may sound easy yet the differences are told by the unique body build the racer has. People are often fooled by the impression that the wet suit does not fit correctly when all the while, it has the proper fit saying "the suit is too tight'. A wetsuit designed for triathlon is your best bet. A non-tri wetsuit will not provide any speed or help with actual swimming. Triathlon wetsuits keep you warm and help you swim easier and faster. This is due to the improved body position and buoyancy which reduces drag. The wetsuit is also designed to slip easily through the water which also reduces drag.

Avoid Dehydration

water

Dehydration is a very real threat which all runners should recognize and develop a plan of action for avoiding this problem. Runners are susceptible to dehydration both in warm weather and cold weather. This may be surprising to some who incorrectly assume that there is only a potential for dehydration during warm weather when the runner is likely sweating profusely. While runners do lose a great deal of fluid through this type of sweating, they are also usually more aware of the potential for dehydration and as a result are more likely to take the proper precautions. Additionally, the runners usually experience signs of dehydration such as thirst which will usually prompt them to begin to drink more. However, dehydration is also a concern in cold weather. When running in this type of weather the runner may still sweat and may also lose fluid through respiration. However, the runner may not be aware of this fluid loss and therefore may not realize the need to drink enough water or replacement drink to avoid dehydration. This article will provide readers with a few useful tips for avoiding dehydration while running.

One piece of advice which can help to combat dehydration is to carefully weigh yourself before and after running to establish how much weight has been lost through fluids. Weighing yourself before the run will give you a good baseline weight. After returning from your run, remove any clothing which is soaked with sweat and weigh yourself again. For every pound of weight you have lost, you should consume 16 ounces of water o sports replacement drinks . This is because any weight which was lost during the course of a run is likely the result of fluid loss and runners should aim to replenish the fluid which was lost as soon as possible.

Making a concerted effort to drink before, during and after your run can also help you to avoid the dangers of dehydration. Before each run, the runner should take care to ensure he is properly hydrated. This may be accomplished by drinking a cup or two of water or sports replacement drinks shortly before a run. However, care should be taken to avoid drinking too much liquid immediately before a run because it can make you feel uncomfortable during the run. Runners should also plan on drinking during their run as well. There are a number of commercially available products which make carrying your own water during runs both comfortable and easy. These products include simple water bottle holders as well as packs designed to hold a bladder which can be filled with liquid. These are similar to hydration packs often worn by bicyclist except the ones for runners are usually worn around the waist instead of as backpacks. During the course of the run, the runner should make an effort to drink according to a schedule instead of waiting until he feels thirsty to drink. This is critical because once a runner starts to feel thirsty, dehydration has already set in and it can take substantially more liquid to replenish what has already been lost. Taking in small amounts of water every 15-30 minutes should work well to help a runner avoid dehydration.

Runners who are going for longer runs such as marathons or training runs for a marathon or other long distance event should plan on taking along a sports replacement drinks instead of just water. These drinks contain sodium which not only helps to replace the sodium which has been lost through sweating but also helps to encourage the runner to drink even more. This can be helpful during long runs because losing too much salt and only using water as a replacement can make the runner susceptible to hyponatremia.

Seven Psychological Benefits of Running

FIT-1

Running has been recommended by many doctors and therapists to people who are in the quest to improving their mental health. This is because running, like other exercises, unquestionably takes care of the mental health as efficiently as it does to one
